- Combine the chicken broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic in a large soup pot.
- Bring the broth to a lively simmer over medium-high heat, about 5 minutes.
- Add the mushrooms and simmer for 3 minutes, until they begin to soften.
- Add the frozen dumplings and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, until the wrappers are tender and the centers are hot.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook for 2 minutes, separating them gently with tongs.
- Stir in the shrimp and bok choy. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, until the shrimp are opaque and loosely curled.
- Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the sesame oil.
- Divide among four bowls and top with scallions and chili crisp.
Notes
Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days, preferably with the noodles stored separately so they do not absorb the broth. The broth base can be made 3 days ahead. Freeze the broth without the noodles, dumplings, or shrimp for the best texture.
